“I went to my first prenatal yoga class skeptical. I went for the physical benefits but ended up with so much more. I looked forward to yoga each week because over time the class became a support community. Bethany encouraged conversation that resulted in participants supporting each other and forming friendships. Months later, I still get together with the ladies I met in prenatal yoga. Bethany also made the class welcoming to those who don't normally practice yoga such as myself. She explains the poses each time and allows everyone to practice in the way that's best for them. Since there were ladies in all stages of pregnancy attending, she would help with modifications so everyone got what they wanted out of each class.
